Great location, beautiful views of the ocean, especially the sun setting over the ocean, but apartment was antiquated and not nearly up to the standards of the two previous apartments that I stayed at in the Capri by the Sea. The other two were worth the money, this one wasn't. I guess the lesson is to check the photos of this building's apartment very carefully.

Beautiful well kept place everyone who is employed there are great/helpful. If I had to say anything negative it was the carpet needed to be vacuumed, but the cleaning crew took care of it ASAP. Looking forward to staying there in the future.

We chose the Silver King by All Seasons as we prefer the space a condo offers over a hotel room. We were thrilled with our choice. Many emails were sent to prepare us for our stay. Checkin was easy. The condo itself was amazing, exceeded our expectations. It was roomy, comfortable, clean and very tastefully decorated! It had everything we needed for a fabulous stay! I would highly recommend staying here!

I recommend this resort because they have amazing staff and very helpful and nice! And they have great customer service, rooms have an amazing view, clean, and calm I highly recommend you to come stay here.

Beautiful and spacious condo. Very nice furnishings, awesome beds and bedding, televisions in every room and huge master bathroom with a tub and a shower. The area and building were superb!

The Silver King might have be the worst game of roulette in Park City. We checked in and the room was run down and dated. Paint was peeling off the ceiling, curtains were yellowing from age, it felt musty and unsanitary. The kitchen area had extremely out dated appliances that had not been cared for and each nook and cranny felt like it needed to be sprayed for insects. We asked to be moved and the front desk was kind and moved us to another room. The next room was nicer and you could tell that this owner took better care of their investment. There were some minor things like an extremely loud AC unit with a rattling metal vent in the bedroom, but a better experience. The hotel as a whole needs a facelift and update. For the price, it is not worth taking the chance on getting a room that isn’t well maintained. The hotel is much closer to a 2 star than 3 star hotel.

I love staying at Fort Marcy Suites. The location's great - just a 10 minute walk from the Plaza. It's nice to have a kitchen, to be able to prepare some meals ourselves and not have to eat out three times a day. The staff has always been very helpful. The only drawback is that the rooms vary in quality, and we've occasionally had issues like an overly-soft mattress or a refrigerator that isn't getting cool enough.

This house was beautiful, comfortable and clean. All the beds were very comfortable and we loved that there was room in the living room for all 8 of us to sit together. The photos of owners throughout the home gave us a face to go with the home which we all enjoyed. Thank you for sharing your home with us. I would highly recommend this home to anyone. One suggestion: if you have trouble maneuvering up and down stairs you might rethink this one as it has three levels of them.

The check-in process was easy and seamless, the resort lodging was totally on-it in every way to ensure we were prepared for our arrival without issues. The property was newly renovated and had absolutely everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and fun. We loved the location of the condo, and amenities at the property: pool was used daily!! Great feature! We would stay again 100% My only notes for improvement would be: new pillows, down pillows are so much more comfortable. And true down comforters, again, nicer to sleep under (because they breathe). It did get hot at night. If hotels can have real down pillows and comforters I think rentals can too. But not a deal breaker! Nice condo A couple more fans could be useful too, though we got by.

We really enjoyed our stay! The units are well-appointed and feel just like home. We rented a 2-BR/2-BA and it was ample room for my party of 3. The contactless check-in process was easy too since we arrived after-hours. If we had more time, we would have taken advantage of the trails just across the street.

This is a very well kept and quite property. Managment on sight is very friendly and responsible. Property is just steps from Santa Fe plaza. We stayed just one night in a two bedroom unit and this was plenty big for our family. We will be back soon and will be staying in the same unit.

Great location, condos were clean and well maintain. Being down town made it easy to get around for restaurants, bars and shops.

The building itself seemed old and maybe a little unstable (the floors were wavy), the grounds were not cared for at all, and the living room furniture was old, saggy and uncomfortable. Having said that, the check-in process was easy and Victoria was very pleasant and helpful. The unit was spacious and clean. We were surprised that there was no separate recycling can.

We have stayed at Silver King fairly consistently over the last 10 years. We don’t stay anywhere else in Park City.
