One month ago, I left a bad review as I am on Haarko's mailing list out of the blue. After they tried to get my bad review offline (which now is a verified one), they told me I would be removed from the mailing list and I was on it due to a glitch. Yeah right. Well, almost one month later, I still receive emails from them without any consent. Update 02/05/2023 Again, they think they are emailing me because I ordered something at their company. This is not the problem. I have never bought something from them but unfortunately, they have put my email in their marketing system and I am receiving marketing emails from them without my consent.

The knives came quickly and were beautifully boxed. I'm not sure how I feel about the knife itself; it doesn't fit my arthritic hands in the way I thought it would and it is heavier than I thought it would be. However, I am working with it and haven't yet decided how versatile it will be.

The knives from Haarko are really good. They are sharp, look amazing and are a solid knife. I originally bought one for my wife as she is the main cook in our household and she loves using it. The knives are definitely worth 5 stars and when an opportunity came to get a second knife from Haarko we took it. *The following review was my personal experience with their telephone sales. Haarko used pressure selling on the phone, they offered a knife for 70% off retail but I found it on Amazon cheaper than they offered. I tried to cancel the order within 24 hours but as soon as I told their customer services I wanted a refund they shut down communication and just ignore my replies to their emails. They had 4 opportunties to cancel this order in the 3 days since I requested the cancellation the first time yet today this order has been dispatched. Update: Haarko have been in touch and found a satisfactory solution to the issues I have experienced and assured that steps have been taken to prevent this happening in the future and that my experience was an isolated incident.
