Confusion from start to almost finish. I'm still awaiting 1 of 5 shirts to be printed and delivered!! I also ordered 3 pairs of size 36L jeans, they turned out to be just right for my 14-year son who's just gone up to a 34. Customer service sent me a size guide after I'd rang them to complain!! like size 36 is going to say 'just right for a size 34'!!!!!! The company logo print and polo shirts were fine, but there was confusion over whether I had paid or not, which was due to a new website apparently. I had paid!!! I might give them a 2nd chance with the polos (if I do get 5 of 5), but I think that I'll have to go elsewhere for jeans. 6/10 must try harder :)
