Ended up cancelling my order after a week of waiting for it to be dispatched as the items were out of stock and had to be ordered in. I was disappointed that I wasn't made aware of this at the point of ordering and only found out because I emailed them to query when my order would arrive. However I must say that my interactions with Sarah were very pleasant - she responded promptly, was very apologetic and gave me as much information as I believe she could. I would definitely use them again if I was in no rush to receive my order which unfortunately wasn't the case this time.

Website not kept up to date for stock. My order was cancelled because the product listed as ‘in stock’ online actually wasn’t. This is becoming increasingly common in recent months. Companies need to start investing in better stock management and online sales systems.

Great company and a friendly service

As a company we aim to get the best products at the best prices and often research before placing orders, however I have been unable to beat the price/service/quality! We have now solely used Industrial Workwear for over 6 years. When we moved to branded last year, we knew we would get the same service and it has worked out very well. Our clothing MUST be wearable, and waterproof - our staff expect a high standard, and they have never complained, always a bonus!
