I phoned to ask whether 2XL was the same as XXL and was told that they were. Not the case as the XXL polo's I got were not as big as the 2 XL's.

The manner I was spoken with was always friendly and professional and they were responsive to correspondence. However this didn’t translate into the production of the garment, I asked for a wording change which was acknowledged but on receiving the online swatch it still said the original wording, it was my choice to leave it on this occasion, as I needed the garments that day. My original order was a week prior. I had requested a specific colour and said that I could call to the office to check it instead of waiting for a postal swatch, but was not invited to do so. Via email we discussed the colour I wanted, and on collection I had not received the colour I wanted but found it was available. The garments were also missing the logo on the back, which was on my order. I mentioned the missing logo and despite it being closing time at this point the team went above and beyond to amend the error and someone came back in to put the logo on the back, I am very grateful for this. While everyone was lovely to deal with I feel there was a slight lack of attention to detail in the first instance. This wouldn’t put me off using IW in the future and the quality and standard is great, I would just be more hands on with my order.
