After having difficulty with the website I rang to seek guidance on ordering. The problem was soon put right and I continued with my order. I was pleased with the prices and the delivery was made reasonably quickly. Overall I find Industrial Workwear to be a good firm to deal with.

Ordered a Hi Viz jacket and rugby shirt. Both arrived promptly, were as described on the web site and seem to be good quality. Would happily recommend.

The ordering was easy and staff very helpful, clothes came out quite quickly so all aspects of service was at least good if not excellent. Unfortunately the t shirts shrunk the very first time i washed them. Not had a response as yet but to be fair have only recently reported it. Also in the interests of fairness i did have a different style of t shirt which did not shrink.

Would absolutely recommend Industrial Workwear to anyone in need of a work wear supplier! We have used them on more than one occasion as a supplier for our hi vis poly cotton trousers. Service is always quick and easy and they went above and beyond when we had a last minute order, to get the order dispatched the same day! Really appreciated! Excellent. Nothing is too much trouble. I have dealt with Industrial Workwear for the past three years and despite only being a very small company, placing very small orders, they always make me feel like the most important customer they have. Excellent communications which is unusual in this day and age.

I have bought a few items from industrial workwear and ive had no issues but unfortunately my current order still hasnt arrived after approx 6 weeks. I did receive an email informing me the item was out of stock until late july which was no good so i changed my ordet, to be told they will be on the shelf in a couple of days and sent straight out. Nearly 4 weeks later i am still waiting. I have emailed regarding this issue but no reply!!!
