Good quality and delivered earler delivery than expected

Placed our first order and was pleasantly suprised with the service provided. Our purchase arrived the next day as promised. Received purchase which I was happy with but, they took more from my bank account than quoted on order acknowledgement and invoice. I have emailed to query but a week later still not received an answer!

although I ordered an item they have still not been received. Advised they are waiting on a delivery, I found this out when I phoned to ask what was happening. An email to advise me of this would have been nice rather than I having to chase my order

The adrress for the delivery and Ltd address are the same on my invoice. But defacto it is different addresses.

Only returned item as it was too big. Delivery updates were good, advising when parcel would be delivered. Only negative is the delivery charge. Very expensive - almost a third of the total cost.
