I ordered the Cold Steel Ti-Lite 6 and it came in 3 days, brand new and razor sharp. Service was efficient and the Products are A-Grade. I’m incredibly satisfied. Worth every penny.

Ordered item online. Received well packed. However, the wrong item was sent. Sent two emails without response. Rang and was told that a returns pack would be sent for me to return the wrong item to them before they could send out the correct item to me. Over a week later, nothing received. I am left with the wrong item which is of lower value than the amount I paid and now too late to return before Christmas. Very poor service on this occasion.
