Wasn't impressed about the almost £17 delivery charge to Northern Ireland but free in rest of UK over £30. Knife fantastic as always.

Available stock on the website is not updated in real time. You think you've ordered and paid for something then you get a surprise charge to your payment method later, when it's in stock. I've raised the issue with them before. The sales advisor advised me that they "tried that and it wasn't working for everyone so they only charge for website purchases when it's in stock". Thinly veiled corporate bs. Obviously they'd have to spend on improving the website and infrastructure. It's them it doesn't work for. My advice, look at what you want on the website and phone your order in. They're decent people selling quality stuff, really nice to deal with on the phone and will do their best by you. Would have been 5 stars but for the web order system in place.
