usually very good, over the years i have had lots of orders delivered only one order had a mistake which was corrected with an e mail and sent within 3 days

Brilliant customer service, next day delivery was spot on, every product is as described and usually exceeds my expectations. Couldn't recommend Cold steel highly enough.

A few of the items were out of stock from my order, I was quickly contacted and given options on how to proceed, the team were always polite and helpful. When my order was dispatched it arrived quikly and well packed.

Using my axe for it’s first session and the head has come loose already. It wasn’t cheap and not sure what to do about it . After a reply from the company suggesting I need to push the head of the axe down The handle until secure ; the head has come completely loose and is unusable. Quality control ?

Just a follow up on the review I gave a couple of days ago. Cold Steel chased up Parcelforce and got a refund of my Saturday delivery change after the promised delivery didnt happen - the fault of Parcelforce not Cold Steel as it turns out. I was very grateful and this shows excellent and responsive customer service. I will be sure to order again from them. Superb.
