This has been a gamechanger for me. I lost 28.8 pounds in a month. I live a very prescriptive life, so for me, being delivered the actual food worked incredibly well. And, in 30 days I broke some really bad habits. I got out of a sugar cycle and into better eating. I now know what to order and what not to order in restaurants and what I can prepare at home.

A lot of the food came freezer burned. The omelets don't taste good. I've had their food before and liked it, but not so much now.

I need help with portion control and small-batch cooking. Personal Training Food solves that problem. I hoping that using this service will actually low my monthly food expense, so I eat out less often.

The food is really great and the new flexibility to have 2wks of food delivered at a time is great.

The service is convenient enough but the food leaves a bit to be desired. Avoid any meal with chicken breasts. The "stick" meals are decent.

In my initial order on the REV 14 day option, quite a few items were missing, the most crucial being a week'sworth of breakfasts. So far, the company has offered to include the missing items with my next order. I have asked to have them sent ASAP as it will leave me several days without my plan food, causing me to spend more money to go to the grocery store to replace whats missing. I'm waiting to hear back from them on what they plan to do. As far as the products go, everything I've tried so far has been very tasty and I stay full. I have been pleasantly sirprised at how well I feel.

The initial cost of 2 weeks isn't bad because you can use a coupon code. But there is not a cost savings if you are doing a auto-renew order.

A lot of their food is delicious, but the variety has gone down and their chicken and fish is a bit rubbery.

I got my food super fast, even faster than I expected. i didnt get notified it was coming early though and so i wasn't expecting it and luckily i was leaving the house and noticed it was sitting on my porch.

I enjoyed the food that I ordered. Every selection tasted fresh and did not seem bland. I especially appreciated the convenience of heating up the pre-cooked food. Very happy with the food. This is the 3rd time ( I think!) that I have started ordering from PTF over the last few years and the food is always consistent. I am always surprised at how FULL I feel on it after a day or two. Great to not have to think about...WHAT DO I EAT?.....just pick a veggie and meat and in 3+ minutes, your eating your meal! ( Oh, and I am losing weight, too - 11 lbs in 3 weeks)

I sincerely think that the food is delicious! The flavor is delicious and the quality is impeccable. I could not be more please with my order, or the service in general. My suggestion to you, other than to go for it, is to make extra room in your freezer. Absolutely recommend!

I like the food, although it does get boring over time. However, I was hoping that you improved the unpacking experience since the last time I ordered this a few years ago. Getting 128 loose frozen packages, with little information on the individual containers, is not very helpful.. Some packages had smudges where I couldn't even read the contents. Also, for the ordering process itself, it would be very helpful for those on special diets (like Keto) to see the nutritional information of each selection as you hover over that item in the selection list.

Awesome cheese omelette and maple sausage breakfast and prime rib dinner. Great food very convenient.

Unfortunately my order shipped in the middle of hurricane laura and my order was delayed as a result some veggies and protein probably got damaged because when I refreeze they turn black Other the fresh flavor was not there
