Food is delicious, with many different selections to choose from. Food is packaged individually so selecting the meals and cooking are made easy.

This has made dieting and portion control so easy. The food is delicious and super easy. One of the biggest struggles I have had with dieting in the past is boredom or tired of making my own food separate from what I make for the family so I end up giving in and eating things I shouldn't and much larger quantities. But with personal trainer food I am excited of what different food I will have each time and how quick and easy it is that I look forward to meal times again without regret or frustration.

The food is tasty! It's great on its own, or mixed in with other foods.

PTF is the quality, affordable alternative to cooking thatbtakesnbadnfood off the table. that saves time, offers portion control, and lots of variety making it sustaianable. If eating healthy was a matter of me cooking...it wouldn't happen. I would not be consistent and always subject to temptation for easy fast food or overeating. I know that applies to many people. PTF is the solution.

Excellent customer service. Great, intuitive website. Easy to order and to access customer service for any questions or concerns. (Food is excellent and delicious too.)

Convenient and healthy good food!

Great tasting food. If you get on one of the membership plans your cost per entree will be roughly $2.50. it's hard to find an entree at a grocery store or anywhere else for that price that actually tastes good and is healthy for you. I personally recommend you going to Walmart or your local grocery store in the frozen food aisle to get your vegetables and fruits. I go to Walmart in a bag a great value brand veggies is $0.60 to a dollar. With personal trailer food I only get the breakfasts and the entrees. The breakfast is the real value as you're not going to find omelettes bacon anywhere else for that price even in the grocery stores that taste that good. Great company great product!

I love Personal Trainer Food! The food is delicious - and not processed! It's quick and easy to heat up, which I love because my husband and I don't always have the time to cook. I think I will always have this food in my life!
