Great food and so convenient! Weight loss is very easy if you follow the plan. Would highly recommend.

I've had the plan before, but now is not a good time to order. My food arrived defrosted, so basically ruined. They haven't responded to my request for a refund yet, and it's been a week.

The food is tasty and nice selection to pick from. I love the addition of fish options. The breakfasts are not my favorite though if I had any feedback for improvement.

PTF is a game changer. I am working from home and making decisions throughout my busy day at work, and as a wife and mom. I wasn't making the best decisions with my diet because I didn't seem to have the bandwidth to create a list, go to the store, shop, prep and cook and prep again so I just ate what was in front of me at all times throughout the day and sometimes not even anything after breakfast. I am an emotional eater and the stress of working from home, changing everything with work was not helping so there you go, I needed someone to shop, cook, prep and send to me, thanks PTF! I love the food, the website, handout, the emails the delivery and the box can even be re-filled with stuff I need to donate and shipped on PTF's dime, decreasing my stress of needing to get rid of stuff etc. The service has always been great with them according to my personal training clients in the past, but I had never tried it for myself. I am putting in 6 weeks of self love and ditching the self neglect lifestyle for good. I love the owners too! I could really go on and on but I have to get back to work lol. My husband and I both ordered to try the program for a month. My order was fine but his was shorted 4 entrees. Also the order was delayed due to the virus stuff so it wasn’t frozen upon arrival.

Some but not all of the veggies have no flavor. That is the only reason I gave you 4 stars. Over all the best of all the foods I’ve ordered PTF is the best.

The food is not tasty and it often gave me the runs. Customer service is friendly.

This diet requires little thought at all. Everything you need is in that box. Tip: If you don't like frozen veggies, do the "you choose" plan and get more meat and breakfasts instead. Do your own fresh veggies! Note that this round my shipment was 2 days late due to the shipping company, and half of the food was thawed. As I knew ahead of time it would be late I contacted PTF customer service to ask what to do. They immediately sent out a new box at no charge, which arrived the day after the late shipment! That's top notch customer service and showing your customers you truly want them to succeed.
