I've been buying their food for eleven years. Consistently good, and back I 2013 or 14 when there was a hard freeze, we had a shipment arrive late and partially thawed. They replaced it for free.

Personal trainer food has been the best option for me to eat healthier and lose weight. The meals are easy to prepare and the main dishes are delicious. However, I’ve never really enjoyed vegetables, and that hasn’t changed. Even though I am bias, I do think some improvements can occur on the vegetable side. I’ve also noticed since I subscribe to their service, I don’t always get what I picked on their website. Overall I give personal trainer food 4 out of 5 stars.

I love personal trainer food! I started February 3rd and have lost 40 lbs so far.

We are so grateful to PTF! For us it is a weight loss tool, but also a huge convenience. The protein is so deliciously seasoned, and we love the new offerings of sous vide chicken, gyros, the ribs!!—-and the two fish offerings. I love the fact that there is very little packaging to dispose of. Hurray for PTF! Thank you so much.

The food is fine but somehow I don't get what I request. It seems like they just send whatever and disregard the selections you've made. I've been a customer for a while and I thought maybe I forgot what my selections were on previous orders. However, with this last order I know which items I definitely did not select, yet they showed up in my box. Disappointing.

It's just fantastic set of rules done entirely for that audience who want to eat well and healthy and I have tasted few dishes and I am completely happy with everything I have tried in reality honestly. I hope we will have even more later;)
