My purchases with this company have been great the products have been amazing,I am 80 yrs old so any skin products I use has to be kind and invigorating ,my skin feels as though I have gone back a decade ,I Have tried many and I can say that with experience, my skin is happy that I have caught up with the 21st century,so don't give up ladies there's is Up Circle with sustainable self-care, they care for the planet for us to enjoy,their packaging says it all .

I have a large range of UpCircle products for face, hair & body & I love them all. I am 66 and I don’t think my skin has ever looked or felt so good. All the products smell good & some smell fantastic. I love that the products contain re-cycled ingredients and I love that most products can be refilled. I have always found the customer service to be excellent; communication is great & products are dispatched very promptly. Overall, I could not be happier with UpCircle.

Have used upcycles products for a while now. Have always spent a fair amount on makeup, cleansing and skin care over the years and have swapped to different companies over time. I am in my mid 70's and can honestly say that upcycle products match other leading products for a fraction of the price and are helping our planet by reusing bi products that would normally end up in landfill.

I discovered upcircle after looking for a skincare range which contained more natural ingredients. I can honestly say I've never looked back! My skin can be tight, dry & sensitive but these products don't aggravate my skin at all. I use the cleanser, toner, peptide serum (which is a miracle product) & the moisturiser. It's given my skin a real glow without stripping it & making it sore. These are now my go-to products & soon as I'm finished I'll be buying the re-fills. Thank you upcirle so saving my skin!

I’m delighted with my recent purchases. My left eye is much more puffy after an infection, but I can actually see a difference. The face oil is divine and the little wand which smooths my under eye area is delightfully cool. I highly recommend this business.

Ordering is easy, product arrives quickly, have been using multiple items, love the shampoo and conditioner, the face scrub is really good, and I use the face cream and eye cream daily, love the fact I can get the pots refilled. Would highly recommend you give it a go

I've been using UpCircle for a few years. Their service team are the kindest people who really put their customers first and with care. I regularly use their toner, night cream, serum and cleansing balm. My breakouts have significantly reduced after using their products and my skin feels amazing. I love their cleansing balm the most! It takes off stubborn eye makeup easier than any other cleanser I've used! I couldn't recommend them enough!

I have been using Up Circle products for around 2 years now and love the products and the brand. My favourite products are the shampoo creme, oat face cleanser and eye cream. I also use the night cream, serum, lip balm and toner. I have tried the conditioner which felt really lovely, unfortunately it just wasn’t heavy enough for my very dry, course hair but wouldn’t hesitate to try again if they made different types of conditioners. The refill scheme is great and I find the price point good value for money. Delivery is always in good time and sending back empties for refills easy. I have used Upcircle duo, face moisturiser & face serum for some time now & I now use their refill scheme. They are kind to my skin, nourishing & hydrating especially when used as a duo. This is especially important to me as I have ageing skin so it requires simple but regular, quality products to help my skin look & feel healthy. I have been using upcircle products for years now and I absolutely love them. My skin is better than ever. I love everything about this company. Their ethos of reusing and the fact that all their products are vegan and cruelty free. I use the refill system which works fantastically. Only once have I had to contact customer service, due to a broken bottle...there was no issues at all and I had a replacement sent out really quickly. Amazing company that I am always happy to recommend

Customer service needs serious improvement, no response when orders don't turn up. Add to that some of the products need improvement. The coffee scrub is way too harsh to be used on facial skin, I think this should be just used on certain areas of the body - definately not the face!!! Also the new facial serum is so super drying, it feels like it sucks all the moisture from your face! The eye cream is too runny and doesn't sit well under eyes, making eyes seriously water, and it doesn't tighten skin as it claims to. I think some of the products need updating as they don't seem to work as they should.

The only skin products I use! Always great, speedy service and creams and oils are pretty amazing. I use the moisturizer, eye cream and face oil, morning and night. They absorb well and leave my skin feeling soft and fresh. I have a subscription for the oil as I use it on my neck and chest too, so I get through it! You earn planet points with each purchase which you can redeem as a voucher for money off future purchases!

I've been using the caffienated duo now for a few years. I love how great my skin feels after using the serum. Have a decent discount when points are collected on spending and even though I have used (yet) the refill and reuse system I will do, very environmentally friendly and service is 10/10.
