I love the Upcircle ethos and products - refilling is so much better than producing waste plastic. Orders arrive promptly and staff are really helpful.

I was skeptical about buying their products as I’ve had so many dis’s appointments with products by various companies over the years. But as an influencer whom I’ve met in person, and trust, endorses them i thought I’d risk it. I only ordered the eye cream as dark circles is something I have. I’ve been using it for at least three weeks twice a day as instructed and i honestly see no difference at all. Up Circle send regular emails trying to tempt me to buy more products, and asking me to leave a review here. I had one, which surprised and disappointed me, offering a £20 (i think it was 20) reward for leaving a positive review like so many others have. This rang alarm bells. Of course they have plenty of positive reviews if they’re offering a financial reward for doing so! Today I received an email saying they’d received some negative feedback recently and were asking me to leave a positive review to help them. This prompted me to review today. Not the review they were hoping for, but this is an honest one. Still using the eye cream. If I do see any improvement I will adjust this review. I can say that i like the feel, look, smell and packaging of the cream. But it doesn’t appear to work.

Love the products from UpCircle! No nasty chemicals so they are actually good for you. Smell lovely - but remember, no nasty chemicals so they may smell different to what you are used to. Get used to this smell instead - it’s better! I have terrible fine hair, the shampoo and conditioner don’t make my hair worse they make it better and have only been using is for a week. The body cream hydrates without irritating - remember, no nasty chemicals! The body oil smells divine. And everything is in glass pots which you can send back and refill! No plastic, no nasty chemicals. What are you waiting for?

I initially used Upcircle coffee face scrub and moisturiser and loved them - bought from a shop locally then they stopped stocking I ordered upcircle peptide serum direct and was very happy with first bottle so much so that I ordered another 2 as replacements and some eye cream - I had the most awful reaction my skin completely dried out I have never suffered from such a skin problem it is still not great weeks later - I emailed on 25th December and got a reply yesterday saying as a ‘goodwill’ gesture they would give me a gift card - no questions about the serum or my skin which is wrong and I have seen several people on social media saying they’ve had the same problem and they’re comments have disapperaed! I said I wanted a refund as I obviously wouldn’t be using again - for a refund I must send the items back (don’t need to send back for a gift card) it must be sent tracked and I must pay for this they won’t cover this. Completely in contravention of the The Consumer Rights Act 2015 When I emailed and said this is unacceptable they have ignored the email and not replied. So much for sustainability, BCORP and customer services I would advise anyone considering buying to be careful as if anything goes wrong they don’t do the right thing ! Update - Your reply typifies what I’m saying in this post - 4 weeks returns for opened products doesn’t apply to a product that has been opened and has caused a bad skin problem. It takes a little while sometimes for reactions to happen Also you didn’t offer me a return label - you were insisting that I pay my own return postage until I write this review and commented on your social media - I wasn’t going to do this until you became ridiculous. You also at no point said you were going to investigate the product which I found very surprising but you state in your reply that you’re going to. I know I’m not the only one that’s had problems with this product as I have seen in social media people saying their skin had completely dried out after using it but you removed their comments

I love these products. I started with the eye cream and I’m now using the night cream, day moisturiser, cleansing balm and shampoo and conditioner. My skin is looking so much healthier and my hair feels good too. The return and refill is definitely a consideration in my decision too. I love knowing I’m not using single use plastic. Quick delivery too 😀

My whole experience with Upcircle has been a very positive one, from asking questions when unsure which products to use & in which order. They have been very helpful. The delivery was quick & products were well packaged, but best of all, allowing you to use the box again for refilling which makes your purchase a little cheaper. The products I currently have are; oat milk cleanser, which is very kind & soothing when applied to the skin. Day cream which sits very nicely on my menopausal/ athletic skin. Face oil which gives my skin a lovely glow, but a little goes a long way, so a win, win there! Eye cream which has helped with my dark circles & made my eyes look brighter. I currently have a sample of the night cream which will be my next purchase as this sits like velvet on my skin & feels so good! I would like to try the peptide serum at some point too, but I’m finding that everything I currently use, is perfect for my skin. It’s always about using small amounts with good quality products, because more simply isn’t better! It’s definitely worth asking about products before using them & sampling first as every skin type is different. One very happy customer here! Upcircle all the way!

I've been using upcircle for a few years now snd I'm still really happy to be using the products. I use the day and night creams, eye cream, serum and lip balm, which are perfect for my mature skin. Highly recommended.

My experience with Upcircle is always exemplary. Recently I've bought their peptide serum and stocked up on the shampoo and conditioner. Previous to that I made a mistake with ordering the deodorant refills instead of the stick and I was sent one free of charge immediately. I'm never moving away from upcircle.

Love this brand - I have been using it for a long time now and my skin feels lovely and, if I may say so myself, looks lovely. I’m in my50s and it is helping my skin stay that way. I was drawn to this brand firstly for the refill element and sustainable packaging - now I’m drawn as the products are brilliant

I have been buying the face moisturiser, night cream and face oil for several years now as they are all wonderful and make my skin feel really moisturised with a lovely glow. I love the company's ethos of upcycling byproducts which would otherwise go to waste. The refill scheme with free postage is great value, as well as the rewards system which gives money off your order. Also I've always found them to be a lovely company!

Hi I’m 43 and aging gracefully, I’ve always had slight acne and hormonal breakouts, I’ve been using upcircle on and off for just over a year ( budget allowing), my skin looks more healthy and doesn’t break out as much I’ve been really impressed with their skin care products and their ethos. My favourites are the face balm, face oil, peptide serum and the night cream. It makes me stick to a skincare routine because it feels like my 10 mins of luxury before bed. I did use their shampoo and conditioner I didn’t get on with it, my hair felt dry and dull and lathering it up was hit and miss however my sensitive scalp was happy with it. Their spf 25 moisturiser felt a little thick and left a slight white cast which soaked in after a 10 mins I love the smell of their deodorant it’s cleared up an irritation I had. I would highly recommended upcircle to anyone

Fantastic cruelty free vegan products, fairly proced with an excellent ethos supported by a truly fantastic customer service team. Respond quickly to queries, in fact went above and beyond. Love the range of products and that I can either return and refill, or refill at my local eco shop. I have bought a number of products, over the years, and repeat purchase most of those I've tried. I especially like the cleansing milk, shampoo creme, conditioner creme and body oil (which smells divine) as does the Flaura perfume.
