I am enjoying the Cleansing Balm & the Eye Cream, the Toner not so much, not liking the smell ! I’m sure it’s doing its job , but would like a more subtle fragrance. Otherwise really like the products, & have just ordered more of the Cleansing Balm.

Discovered UC several years ago while searching for vegan ethical skin care products. The extensive range is ever expanding and information about vegan products is comprehensive. Lead times are good and even packaging is ethical. As for the products my 3 daughters are now customers and firmly believe in their efficacy. Great work UC!

It’s always a pleasure buy from these guys. Always delivered on time and with no fuss. Products are always package great and the products are brilliant. I use the cleansing balm, eye cream and the peptide serum currently but have tried lots of different products. Will also be purchasing the coffee scrub. This is the best scrub I’ve ever used.

UpCircle is as good as all my hi end skincare brands. The fact that their products are made 100% from recycled goodies that are proven to be benefitial to our skin is awesome. I think so far I have bought two dresser drawers full of their products. I have used every branded product out there and that’s why I can honestly say UpCircle is as good as the slightly more expensive branded products. But my only quibble is, they are almost the same price point wise as the brands I also use and love which are also effective, so that’s what could put a lot of people off. And I know with demand comes supply shortage and with that comes price increases and that’s what puts me off future purchases. But with two full drawers, I won’t need any for a while. But I would without a doubt recommend. But just don’t get greedy with the prices - even the recycled refills can be quite pricey.

Love this company. The peptide serum is amazing. On my second bottle. Also use the shampoo and conditioner and the eye cream. Customers service is great and i love the refill system they have.

Have just recently starting using these products and have to say I’m really impressed! My skin is looking and feeling great and I like the ethos around this product too!

The products perform better than expected. I decided to trial them mostly because of their environmental qualities and the fact they are refillable. I particularly like the serum, toner and lip balm. I also like to support young British businesses.

I’ve used these products for a year plus and I love them. The cleansing balm is my favourite but the face creams are great as well - leave your skin looking and feeling amazing and they smell divine.

I just love the skin/body care my skin loves all the products, I have all the face skincare, the body lotion/cream and oil they’re all very suited to my face and body, I see a definite improvement with my face especially how very hydrated it look. I have recently tried the shampoo and can approve of the results it claims, I will admit to some challenges when using it for example I have very hard water which any shampoo takes more product to lather, when putting the shampoo on hands you do need dry hands not wet and apply on wet hair. the conditioner does go a long way my hair feel nice and conditioned afterwards with out any effort.

Been really pleased with the products I’ve tried. I especially love the toner as it leaves my skin feeling super nourished & it smells lovely.

Since discovering Upcircle early last year, I will not use any other skin products. My skin has, and continues to improve enormously! I love the ethics the company operate by, the ability to return and have your bottles, jars etc refilled, the fact the by-products they use to create their products are sourced locally and collected frequently. I'm in my mid sixties, always had a strict daily skin cleansing routine. Tried every product on the shelves. Upcircle was recommended to me from a friend. Started off with the day moisturiser, impressed. Then skin tonic, impressed. After which I purchased the entire skin routine. Personally I would never again use anything else. My skin looks bright, people cannot believe that I'm 67. Customer service are first class, delivery always on time. Well done upcircle.

Ordered and delivered as per instructions. I ordered the eye cream as per normal which appeared to have a more fluidy consistency than normal. Has the consistency been changed ?
