Buying pants for my mum on a regular basis. Excellent choice on the website, speedy delivery and good communication throughout.

Pausing and reinstating my subscription was incredibly difficult. I had to open up another subscription in order to receive an order next day. I was unable to reinstate my subscription and make an order. It would only deliver a month on! I had to go through by phone to sort everything out and even the person I talked to thought the procedure daft.
