I have used this supplier for a number of years now and have spent many hundreds of pounds. My last order, which is dispatched directly to the care home where the gentleman I advocate for lives, included 10 bottles of body wash. The care home staff always carefully check the order on arrival. They notified me that the order was 1 bottle of body wash short. I notified the supplier and asked if they could forward a bottle or refund the cost of the bottle, but was told that I would have to provide photographic evidence of the state of the box and the contents. Unfortunately, 4 days after the event, this was not possible, so for the sake of £2.50 I told the supplier to forget it. No further correspondence so I will find another supplier. My previous order was poorly serviced- I ordered, they took the money and then didn't despatch the order until I chased it a fortnight later.
