Easy to get in contact with,very fast delivery time,very good mattress, fab nights sleep

If you have more sense than me and have checked trust pilot before ordering from this company, save yourself a painful experience and use a different supplier. These guys are back in the stone age. Their customer service is non existent. They have an online chat that no one responds to, you don't get a reply from email and you'll be lucky if someone answers a phone. When you do get through on the phone, you're talking with an aggressive fella who has about as much phone manner as a golden retriever. Got my matress 5 weeks after ordering, and it only took me reaching out to them 6 times without a single communication from them. Just horrendous. Could be so much better with a tiny bit of effort but I get the feeling these lads haven't the capacity for improvement. They would be better suited to selling matresses from the back of a van at the local market. As I said, hopefully you've seen this before ordering. Good luck with it if not

Bought 2 Mattresses on Mattress.ie and needed them delivered within 3 days, delivered on time and the delivery driver was so helpful, would recommend

Agree with all the reviews highlighting lack of communication, very frustrating as a customer. The mattress I ordered is brilliant for the price, memory foam 12000, very comfortable and looks well made. Happy with the purchase 👍🏻

Worse company ever !! Don’t waste your time with these guys Ordered a memory foam mattress online , after 3 days getting a call that is not in stock , choosed another type , agreed for paying in cash once it’s delivered , gave me 3 days and on the 3rd day I called them and they are telling me that it’s on the way with fastway, but I have to pay over the phone . If I don’t pay , I won’t get it next day )) or I had to wait for another 5 days for them to deliver themselves . Good thing is that I gave up and payed more somewhere else but at least with amazing customer service and amazing mattress Shame on you guys !!

We have ordered a bed (frame +mattress ) and after few days we weren’t happy with the mattress and I was trying to get in contact with the customer service but never received an answer . It is extremely disappointing that we have to sleep on this mattress after paying 1k Never order again from this website

I only wish there was a minus rating!! Online order, promised delivery today. No information or contact either way. I tried to use online chat but got no response, then I phoned to be told it was being dealt with by online chat, no point in 2 people dealing with the same customer. I told him I had closed the chat due to lack of response, he said he knew what the situation was with the order but he wouldn't tell me I had to re-open online chat. So I hung up to go back online, nobody there. Then I got a call from the same rude, obviously stressed man to tell me he didn't like my attitude and he cancelled the order!!!! I have no words except AVOID, AVOID, AVOID until they get someone who knows how to deal with customers!!

Placed online order for a bed frame €620 including delivery. No update info on delivery - used online chat and told someone would contact me - that was four days ago 🤷‍♂️ Online account does not allow me to access my order or account details - i suggest avoiding this company and taking your business to a competent company.

Very very bad ... dissapoitment...was order mattress ...adversise was 3-7 days delivery... wasn't come until i was start calling over..they send me like tennis ball wall to walk after nearly 4 weeks mattress come...what a crap...that wasn't mattress what i order.... anyway that mattress what i order wasn't for me but for old lady flooding victim who lost everything 😭.....and that's why this company make me really really really upset about everything .... NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

Missing 4 x feet from one of the beds & the bolts to hold up the headboard. One very disappointed child that can’t use the bed now. Contacted the company multiple times & they won’t answer messages. Have no problem taking cash & cash only prob because they don’t want a paper trail! You get no receipt on delivery either so no come back. Don’t bother ordering from here.. beds are only ok quality!

I wouldn't recommend these . I ordered a double bed and no headboard arrived and it was even missing off the paperwork with the delivery driver I had to chase it in a series of emails as phone calls and live chat go unanswered. Three weeks awaiting this headboard now ... Give a wide berth

Ordered a custom size from matress.ie and then read the reviews and was worried it wasn't going to go well. Matress arrived today and it is perfect seems very comfortable and its an odd size because its for an antique bed so I am very happy with it. Took just over 2 weeks but I knew then when I ordered and could pay cash on delivery which is great

Shocking!!!! They lied to me about delivery and hang up the phone when you challenge them. They are DISGUSTING. It is a wonder they are in business honestly

One of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. Order was for 3 beds and 3 mattress.. 2 were delivered however 1 was delayed, when it arrived it was the wrong size.. Note the order was put in July and we are still battling the case 4 months later.

Appalling company! Ordered mattress waited days for confirmation email..never came Rang and spoke to incredibly rude guy who said he would call back, he did not call back.Sent emails, sent messages on website, no response to these either.Kept ringing guy responded asking what to you expect me to when asked where the mattress is and hung up.Sent email requesting order to be cancelled no response.A few days later mattress was at side of house in rain when I returned from work.Unpacked matress and left to breathe as instructions , my son slept on it for one night .It is advertised as a latex matress, it is not! It is a layer of synthetic foam with a synthetic rubber top, the smell is absolutely toxic , the covering is thinner than a fitted sheet,health hazard could not be used for full night as child was sweating profusely, it is not breathable. Have emailed company today 5th October requesting collection and full refund in timely manner. I have been in contact with CCPC and will pursue this until resolved and full refund given.I have never given a bad review to any company but was actually shocked at this company's treatment of their customers.I am hoping that this company can at least save face by dealing with my complaint in an effecient manner, email sent to them today 5th October..let's see

Absolutely appalling NEVER use Mattress.ie. I ordered 2 single mattress including one for my son who had a spring push through his old mattress. So called to explain needed ASAP BEFORE ordering (also we were in a holiday home for only 3 weeks) was told would have in 48 hours, so ordered. Waited on 4 separate days of my holidays as told was being delivered NEVER arrived or did they even have the courtesy to call. Including one where that morning they promised to deliver between 4-6pm but called at 5pm to say sorry but didn't have mattresses. Initially incredible rude (until said I'd be reviewing then at least polite on phone). Then the main guy promised "if I have to drive there myself you will get one tomorrow morning" (2 weeks after ordered). The next morning got text saying had processed full refund as sorry cannot confirm delivery and would be in contact in due course. I called but he said he was with someone and had texted me to read them and he would call back. Unsurprisingly never did. DREADFUL COMPANY. I then called Halpinsfurntiure.ie. Lovely guy got the mattresses same day and they are great quality, same price, free delivery and really professional and pleasant.

Received mattress and bed frame, great delivery and helpful delivery driver. Website great for ordering too. Docking one star as was given no updates regarding a delivery date until day before it arrived. Had to waiting for a number of weeks not knowing when it would arrive. Besides that all was great.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!! I've never left a review for anyone on here before but I feel it was worth the effort of signing up for an account just in the hope that nobody EVER purchases from this company. The level of customer service and communication is absolutely horrendous, the worst I've ever experienced. Nobody ever responds to email queries or answers the phone. Having been told our bed would arrive on January 20th, a week had past with no update and then after umpteen more attempts at getting an update, I was told that the bed was not available now and had to choose another one and wait more time for the next one to be delivered, having spent two weeks sleeping on the floor already! This is not a company, this is a fraud and PLEASE PLEASE please don't waste your time and money with this website!
