Mixed feelings, and happy to be corrected. I ordered several miniatures last Thursday. I paid £6.99 for priority next day delivery. Heard nothing for a few days and called today, Tuesday, essentially 5 days later. A nice guy told me one of the miniatures listed as 'in stock' was not in stock and the order would likely be sent at end of week. I had several options such as waiting, cancelling order etc. As no mention was made of a refund for the £6.99 postage, I cancelled the order. I'm very keen on supporting more specialised suppliers but it can be hard when communication is limited and postage and delivery is a random roll. With clarity, I am even happy to pay more.
