ordered the horus heresy stuff. so this is my 2nd pre order with goblin gaming. kratos was not sent with the order and didnt know why, as it was missing from my dispatch email.so sent them an email to find out whay as they hadent contacted me. got told i would have to wait 2 - 8 weeks for the kit. even though i had ordered very early, as they were short of tanks. wasent asked if i wanted to wait that long for the kit. wasent offered a refund either. did reply to the initial email and have had no reply back. dpd delivery date i was sent, was false and waited in to see if it was going to turn up it didnt. not very good customer service on there part. wether there busy or not, its polite to notify the customer before hand.

Great communication and fast dispatch. There was a minor error with the order, though a manager acted straight away to fix it. I'd definitely recommend then for GW stuff - their extra 2% off (22% off and not the 20% off from the rest) also sets them apart from the others.

I've used Goblin Gaming before to buy presents for my son. Once again I found them good value and efficent at delivery.

Was wary ordering online from an independent games shop at the other end of the country but they delivered everything ordered quickly and safely, and it was a significant saving on what I'd have paid at the branded retailer. Have already ordered another batch of paints and minis from them.
