Items, price & packaging are great. Let down badly by the SHOP app which is as much use as a chocolate teapot. Tells you your item is on it's way but no tracking details or even date of posting. Good job they have great on site telephone staff, the person who I dealt with was helpful, jovial, knowledgeable & delivered what he promised in the form of an email update. Refreshing to get any of those these days but to get them all you have struck Gold. Keep hold of him.
