Great product and excellent service

I was really impressed with Berkshire Logs. We didn't want to use our previous supplier who preferred to tip our delivery out on the gravel drive, leaving a proper mess when we'd put them away. Berkshire Logs are a breath of fresh air. The logs are kiln dried and clean. They were delivered neatly in a large building supplies bag. We were out, so they covered the logs for us, as well, in case it rained. The customer support is helpful, friendly, patient and sincere. Thank you, Patrick, for being so responsive and helpful at every step. I will definitely be back. These logs burn warm and slow. Really good.

The wood looks great but I was horrified to see the delivery men have no crane on the Lorry. They pulled the 2 large bags off the lorry and dragged them to the space on my drive I wanted them. Where is the health and safety? I won’t use your company again for exactly this reason. Have more respect for your staff.

Very good overall and would use again. My only negative would be the delivery notifications. You sent me about 7 notifications all with different time slots that kept changing.
