Easy to order and good communication although the delivery was a little later than advise by the text. Delivery men were very helpful and efficient.

Price was okay, logs seem fine, shame the logs weren't in the green 'breathable' bags, but its not the end of the world ! Delivery guys were excellent, very polite.

Convenient delivery. Great quality logs - consistently good, time after time. Not the cheapest, but been using them for years & it is worth the price for the quality & service.

I ordered a jumbo bag of hardwood for my wood burner. The wood was delivered quickly (with text/email updates on time of arrival). The driver and his mate were very polite and helpful in putting the wood where I wanted it to be stacked. The wood itself is great. Nice and dry and ready to burn immediately. Its the best I have found so far. I'm very happy and will continue to use BerkshireLogs.

Great service. Delivery guys did a quick and good job stacking.

I specifically chose Berkshire Logs because they stated that "The Logs are delivered in a green ventilated Jumbo Bag that not only protects the logs from rain but also allows air to circulate within the bag, keeping them dry." They were delivered in an open white bag that allows the rain in and as we currently don't have an alternative log store I have had to arrange a cover over the logs. Update : following my initial poor review above, a guy from Berkshire Logs contacted me (within 10 minutes of posting the review and on Boxing Day!) and asked how he could improve my customer experience. A couple of days ago Berkshire Logs delivered the correct log bag and transferred my logs to the new bag. I'm now happy to recommend their service. If my next order goes smoothly then I will even give them 5 stars!

We bought £100 worth of seasoned logs but they are damp, 'hiss' on the fire and are hard to burn. Disappointing. Patrick and the team sorted the problem out effectively. Thanks guys!

The product I ordered was out of stock of which I was informed very late. As they explained now, they had a delivery of which the quality was not good enough. They called and we agreed a new delivery slot just before Xmas. I hope that this will work out fine.

Received the delivery on time by friendly people, despite the fact that it took them an hour to find our house and I was not answering my phone. Good dry firewood too.

My order was delivered promptly. Patrick was a pleasure to deal with. The guys put the logs in my garage for me, saving my husband and I the job of dragging the bag in. The quality of logs is excellent. No hesitation in recommending Berkshire Logs.
