I ordered what was supposed to be my wedding dress from here, and the sizing chart was VERY off. I even took my measurements to be triple sure prior to ordering. Not only that, the customer service only answered half of my questions with something that was copy-pasted from the website, offering no real help or in-depth answers or solutions. I also told my maid of honor to order from here and she experienced the SAME thing. How unfortunate, considering I’ve always recommended GSLove to my plus size friends. THAT has stopped. 0/10.

Everything that I bought fit Perfectly From Shoes To Dresses It was a great Experiece!!!

The dress I ordered was a sheet with 3 holes in it. Very oversized and just plain awful.

No issue with customer service however the 2 dresses I bought were of poor quality. I wear a 2x and ordered a 3x knowing that the fabric was stretchy in material I wanted to ensure they were a proper fit. The dresses were not true to size and since they were on clearance, I lost $37. That’s not a favorable first time experience. I’ll not be purchasing from your company again as I believe the quality of dress vs what is shown in picture leaves much to be desired
