I would most definitely recommend this company to others. Nice clothes, style and fit.

The clothes fit a little small, they looked like a close imitation of the clothes I picked. Most of the fabrics were very thin and see through which I couldn't tell from the pictures. The shipping was awful it was confusing because I couldn't find a concrete track of my package until a day before it came. I paid for 1-2 day shipping it took almost five days, with that being said the did refund me the money I paid for shipping. The last thing that bothered me is that in their return policy they state that they will not pay for shipping that you have to and that you don't get your money back you only get store credit. The support was pretty decent and they fixed what they could in a matter of days, to buy from this company again I would definitely have to go through comments look at sizes like twice as big as I usually wear so keep that in mind your size might be much bigger in this brand.

I purchased this dress for my baby shower..I was a bit hesitant at first when I received it. To me surprise the dress was the perfect fit.

I was very hurt and disappointed with the shipping process.... I paid almost $30 to have my package shipped here in 2 days with express shipping.. I needed it for a special occasion, and I was promised to have it by Friday, but instead my package was left in my mailbox on MONDAY... THAT EXPERIENCE ALONE HAS LEFT ME BITTER WITH THIS COMPANY.. A refund for shipping would be nice.

I love GS LOVE and if I order clothes my correct size I am a happy camper. just recently I purchased clothes and some came a little snugged and I called to inquire about sending the clothes back for a different size and was told they do not do exchange and I would have to pay shipping to send it back. this is the only reason why I hate buying things online (SENDING BACK OR EXCHANGE) is a hassle so I decided to keep what I bought and maybe the items will be my (motivational items) lol other than that GS LOVE is my first option when I am looking for new trendy clothing for plus size women

Every single top that I ordered fit me perfectly!! So the sizes are true to size. I have not gotten jeans yet, so I will have to leave another review. But other than that their clothes fit perfectly.

They were great at first but prices now are just down right outrageous plus their clothes are more hideous now.

Online shopping experience is fine. I would offer that perhaps on the sleeved items, to include the sleeve circumference. The last purchase I made was a 2x dress with 12" arms. The sleeves felt like blood pressure cuffs and I was unsure if I would survive my fitting. Thankfully I was able to open up the sleeves using fabric from the hem, but it would have been helpful to know those dimensions before purchasing.

Clothes came damaged. I needed a replacement next day. Instead of resending the replacement product right away they wanted to wait for a return. I would never depend on this company again and will share this with my friends . Do use for an event . Unreliable
