Clothes true to size, great material and I love that the models look real so I have a proper expectation on how my clothes will look on! I also love the note on what size the model is wearing!!!!

I really love the products and the prices however sometimes the sizing is a little weird. That wouldn't be a big deal if the return policy was better. The cost of return shipping is sometimes more than the value of the clothing!

The dress I ordered as very beautiful but it's not true to size. I ordered a size 3X but my arms would not fit. I took it to a tailor who also advised that the arms don't match the rest of the dress. When I ordered 3X I chose to order a size up and I needed the dress for a black-and-white wedding I was going to. Sadly I had to pick something else in my closet. To make it worse it was a final sale item, So I couldn't return it. This was my 1st order from this website and I'm not sure I would order again. Or if I order, it will be something that has no sleeves. I think just because they have plus sizes on this website it doesn't mean they know true sizes, or they're made for European sizes. If I ordered a size 3X from a true plus size website it would have been entirely too big.

Items I ordered were EXTREMELY too big and because they were on the final sale I am stuck with them. 😡so I wasted my money.

Kind of upset that dress was not stocked in 3x but the 2x works pretty well. I’m 5’10’’ and normally wear a 22/24 in tops or a 2x. Dress took 2 weeks to arrive

Ordered a dress and picked priority shipping but i never got it in time. Instead of arriving 3-4 days u didn't get it until 8 days and my event had already passed. They refunded me my shipping but the event i needed the dress for had passed so it's just sitting in my closet now. The dress is nice but i was highly disappointed about my experience.

Product was Great- however I paid for priority and it did not arrive in time fer my trip. Processing of order takes longer than expected- but items are Great!

Nothing bad to say and when i called customer service they were very helpful.. definitely one of my favorites and will be ordering again

Not true to its size. Didn't received my refund but was only issued a store credit. And keep in mind I can't wear they clothes because it's not true to size. So why do I need a credit from the store and not my refund issued back to my bank
