I've been using zFast to host the audio streaming server for my community's online radio for nearly 4 years and have never had any trouble with up-time, communication or standard of service. It's always been the same low price, with helpful resources. Even when we recently switched from SHOUTCast V1 to V2, the price did not change (for which, as a non-profit, I'm grateful for) and the speed and professionalism that the switch was dealt with was impeccable. Thoroughly decent company to work with.

Only recently grabbed a single domain+host package at zFast to check out the services and must say it was the best move of the new year! Up to 4 hosting accounts and a VPS now in the process of moving all domains that are scattered around to my new number one home! Customer service is tops, the ticket system is regularly responded at any hour of the night and the prices are more than competitive. If you're in the UK sack off any other provider and go with zFast, trust me you won't regret it! Lee the Business Director has just spent the past 24 hours helping me rebuild my VPS and helping me out with hints and good tips without me having to ask, if you get a choice then always ask for Lee! Set-up time is fast, and their response time is just as fast. Helpful, and knowledgeable staff on hand to help with any problems. As I wrote at the top, worth every penny.

I had a couple of technical issues but they were fixed very quickly. More companies should be a good as zFast

I have a couple of sites with zfast, and after a bit of a rocky start have found the support to be very helpful, going that extra mile to solve problems. The support is available at all times of the day and night too, so you get information and suggestions quickly.

I needed to transfer my web hosting over to ZFast and the support I received from Lee was exceptional. With my permission, he accessed my old hosting and transferred all the databases across (something that I literally would not have had a clue how to do). He then provided clear information about how I could transfer my emails across to their webmail. Would definitely recommend.

My issue was removing the "wp" extension of of my domain (i.e. "williamgreeneiii(dot)com/wp")Took me nearly hours to fix this issue by myself but with the amazing support of Lee, I was able to resolve it in a matter of several minutes. I wanted to place an honest review on here about our experiences with Zfast. I'm the technical coordinator for our community station and we needed help not only with our shoutcast services and radioplayer etc but also our transfer to hosting and optimizing our new website PLUG: candofm.co.uk Zfast have been very quick to respond to queries and also answer any questions we have asked. they are very cost effective and should be very proud of the company they have created. Problem solving is very methodical and effective and spot on for our needs. We will continue to use Zfast as much as we can as they certainly know their stuff and rightly deserve peoples business. zFast is one of the best companies I've ever hosted with. I recommend them to every person needing hosting. Maybe they could add a recommendations box in the registration for hosting or domain purchases to give back? As I recommend alot of people, eitherway, they are a great company and I wouldn't think twice about hosting with them.

Zfast is really fast within reason because I am in the US on responding to tickets. There services are fast and affordable. I would use them again to host more website's, or game servers.

I've been with zFast since 2014 and time and time again they have gone the extra mile with me to help me solve problems I can't figure out myself. Lee & Callum both provide a superb level of technical help whatever the problem is. Me myself being in the technical field I simply cannot fault them. zFasts sales team is also very, very helpful and will solve any problems you may have. It's ridiculously good knowing that zFast is basically on my doorstep and the people who work there are not just a call centre employed over in India - they are employees who value their skillset and are willing to help time and time again. I have been with Zfast for many years now and I must admit I am one of those who makes tickets for the silliest mistakes Lee is always on hand to help me make everything work. Support tickets are answered faster than Usain Bolt that is how much I value their support and every service they have.

I changed streaming host about 6 months ago after my streaming provider let me down several times - the final straw came when I did not have access for 3 days with no support. I changed to Zfast who have been excellent over the last 6 months. Never any streaming issues and the online portal is clean and flexible. I have dealt with Lee on the support team who has ben excellent on several occasions. How all services should be (but sadly aren't!) - EXCELLENT and recommended.

This is the 3rd year I've been using zFast and I still cannot fault the service they provide. They offer every kind of service you would require for opening a website including shoutcast steaming. If I'm honest though the main reason I keep doing business with zFast is because of their AMAZING staff, so friendly and always willing to help! I would rate them higher than 5 stars if I could.

I've been using zFast servers for over half a year now and not once have i been let down by their service. The servers have always been online, their performance has been the best I've ever used and even though the zfast support is online for unbelievable lengths of time I've never had to use it. The servers are also online all day, every day which is amazing since i use either servers though out the day! Would Recommend to anyone wanting great value for money and reliable servers!

I spent a long time researching web hosts based on the criteria that the host should be Europe based with reliable high performance servers, good connectivity and top notch tech support. And to some extent, choosing to go with any hosting company is a leap of faith, since we all have our own requirements and priorities. Fortunately in the case of zFast the trust was well-placed and so far I have received almost a year's faultless service. And most importantly their tech support is very helpful and second to none... and that's coming from someone with about 20 years experience in using many different hosts around the world. What more can I say!
