zFast Technologies, they are truly amazing, best ever customer support & extremely professional in their Work. I have recently bought their Hosting Re Seller Package, and had some issues due to the lack of my knowledge, but zFast support team helped me at every stage and guided me step by step, i am very thankful for their great customer support, and hoping to work with them longer as possible.

I've not long joined ZFast... and so far, I feel very impressed with their service. I had a slight problem with a domain which I was transferring in from another hosting company (they were very bad!).. and I somehow messed things up.. I think lol. Anyhow.. I moved to zFast about a month ago when my existing hosting provider got bought out and the customer service dropped dramatically. I took a chance on zFast based on their customer reviews, competitive prices and flexible packages, and I'm really glad I did. The technical and customer support is great: very helpful and responsive, and the service has been very reliable.

We trialed using zFast 2 years ago for one of our Shoutcast streams as our existing provider had changed their package offerings making it less flexibile for our needs. After that broadcast went seamlessly, we switched over to using zFast for all our streams for a small 1 week RSL last year and a month this year. This has also worked flawlessly. I've asked a few technical questions a long the way, the most recent being to accommodate our streaming server arrangement which is arguably slightly non-standard. The support has been excellent every time and in this latter case even extending to reconfiguring their firewall to accommodate our needs. Highly recommended.
