A business web database application that I wrote was recently moved to a zfast VPS from a different host. With the previous host there had been a series of issues, including unexpected server configuration changes, which were a regular frustration. When my client decided to change hosts I expected a stream of problems, but it has all gone very impressively smoothly. There have been two issues that I've had to put in support tickets for, both of them quite small problems. Each time the team at zfast have been friendly and efficient and resolved things perfectly. I would not hestitate to recommend them.

I've used zFast for about 5 months now for my web hosting and domain, and I have had only one issue out of all of that time where I couldn't connect to the FTP server, however that issue was fixed within a few hours. The prices are low, and the servers are super reliable. The ticket times are great, as I have always gotten a reply within 24 hours, but usually within the same day. The support team is always nice and have always answered my questions quickly and they're always nice about it. I would recommend zFast to anybody looking for a webhost/domain, as I have no experience with their other services/products.
