WOW! What a place! Made us feel welcome straight from the start. They have thought of EVERYTHING to make your visit extra special. Even though they do this all day everyday they make you feel like you’re the only one. Our receptionists were Lee and Anna and our sonographer was Tina and what a team they are. You’ve made this part of our journey extremely special and we thank you guys for that. Thank you for being so patient as well when baby was being so cheeky and not posing. Thank you so much Naomi, Joe and bump.

Having experienced loss, I felt extremely nervous on entering the room, but the sonographer showed such empathy and professionalism and I instantly felt at ease. She was patient as I asked lots of questions and took the time to listen and answer. The environment was clean and bright. I felt so reassured and am so pleased I went for an early scan.

So grateful to Hey baby @ derby. Even though baby wasn’t playing ball they did everything they could to get me a photo of little one. Couldn’t recommend them any more!

Would highly recommend, we've arrived at the clinic early, after some challenges in the morning, they were happy to take us in earlier. The lady/ midwife that had seen us today was amazing. Went above and beyond for us, due to our baby not wanting to budge and was facing the other way, took us a while but we got there. Everyone in Hey Baby is super patient, understanding and just happy to help. If you can go private please do so, can't wait to meet the baby girl!

I had an early reassurance scan today with Hey Baby and I was really panicking once I got there as I was late, but the staff was very friendly, calm and professional and I had an amazing experience. I was able to film a video of the babys heartbeat for my husband who was not able to make it and got pictures as well, we could not have been more happier with the service. I can highly recommend, thank you!

Hey Baby have provided us with a number of scans; early reassurance, gender reveal and 4d at 28 weeks. All the staff members are lovely and very welcoming. The sonographer ladies are very professional and provided excellent images of our little one. I would highly recommend the service to anybody.

After having the Wandsworth branch cancel on me within 1 hour of my appointment. This amazing branch was able to fit me in with a two hour slot. The customer service was amazing and after explaining to the sonography team that I had 8 miscarriages and needed a wellbeing check. She took her time to check absolutely everything for me. Gave me the best advice and made me feel I’ll be able to make it to the end of this pregnancy and have a healthy baby GIRL! Yes she even found the gender for me. I would recommend this place a million times over.

Thankyou for such an enjoyable experience for our 4d suprise gender scan the pictures are amazing. My son and husband loved it as a Father’s Day suprise. We will be back to buy a heartbeat bear once we know! X

I have been to Hey Baby in Southend 3 times and I always feel so happy and satisfied when I leave, everyone I have come across in the scans have been so friendly and have offered me amazing information on my baby and I never feel rushed for them to get a perfect image I would 100% recommend
