Really warm and supportive staff! Stubborn baby but sonographer was persistent and helpful

We had a wellbeing scan this morning at 17 weeks, and it was definitely worth it! Didn't feel rushed or too busy to talk with us, and it was lovely to see our little one on a big screen and talk through all the details. Thank you!

Recently attended the Stalybridge clinic for an early NIPT test and scan and the staff were so reassuring and friendly. I attended again yesterday for a reassurance scan due to some bleeding I'd experienced and Catherine and the two ladies on reception were absolutely incredible. Thankfully all was fine and all three staff were so kind, understanding and compassionate towards me and the situation, would highly recommend!

The reception staff were great, very friendly and welcoming. I was scanned by Katherine, I had an early reassurance scan, she was amazing and thorough & completely put my mind at ease, she talked me through everything and was very knowledgable. 100% recommend. Thank you so much.

Visited a couple of weeks ago for a well-being scan. The 2 ladies at reception were friendly and so helpful.

I am est 17weeks and 5 days and I booked online yesterday for an appointment today for reassurance , i went today with my partner and it was lovely, staff are kind and polite, we didn't feel rushed, they answered any questions i ask and i was great to see our baby on screen aswell. The lady explained everything in good details about what she was doing and looking at. They asked if we want to know the gender and we did. It was great to get a video of the room lighting up the colour.

Our early reassurance scan did exactly that! The staff were all so lovely and friendly. We had felt very nervous all morning and felt so much more at ease the second we arrived and were greeted.

Very friendly staff, calming environment, supportive staff and over all experience very very sweet. They’re super nice and offer a variety of things for gender reveals, the sonographer was very professional and friendly, didn’t give away the gender with facial expressions!

Absolutely excellent service, the sonograghers were so lovely! I’d happily go back there and have another scan done. I went for an early reassurance scan… if I could have my entire pregnancy scans done there then I definitely would! Really happy xx

Had my 16 week well-being and gender scan here and it was perfect. The lady who did my scan was amazing and made the gender reveal so magical. Emily and Claire on reception are always so lovely and friendly. The best experience and I definitely recommend hey baby 4D, this was my 3rd visit and I’ll definitely be back.

Early reassurance scan at dartford - After an accident, we wanted to make sure all was ok and it couldn’t have been easier, faster and nicer. The clinic is clean and hi tech, the staff are very helpful and receptionist is very lovely. Highly recommended. They are also one of the only private sonogram companies in Kent that don’t charge extra for multiples.

They absolutely made me special. Extremely kind service and doctor made sure to give chance to see our baby on the best position. Absolutely feel greatful. And really recommend to every mum. Thank you for our special moment. 😊 Doctor and also receptionist were really wonderful and kind all the time. Thank you very much. 😊 We had a really important condition that we didn't want to know our baby's gender and the doctor was really careful with that, and she made sure to mention when she checked everything down there.

Having to go for a re test to get baby gender, staff where helpful and did everything they could to help! Would definitely recommend to anyone I wouldn’t go anywhere else
