Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, they were so reassuring and went through everything in major detail. Really enjoyed the whole experience in a clean, modern scan room. Would absolutely return in the future.

Went on the 5th and 15th Feb to hey baby 4D in derby and both scans felt rushed. The sonographer, Blessing, was emotionless and cold. As someone from another country myself I could barely understand her. They referred me to EPU in Burton and I had my scan today 17/2/2025 and they found a fetal pole and yolk sac measuring a further than what they measured me at which was 5 weeks and then 5w 6d, however unfortunately the baby didn't survive regardless. I think Hey baby 4D scan in derby needs to invest in some new machines!! Either way I think sonographers should be compassionate and heartwarming to people's pregnancies, no matter if they scan 50 people a day or 10 people a day and I didn't feel like that with this one. It felt dismissive, cold and she could barely crack a smile. I wouldn't recommend this place if it was the last one standing. I will say that the receptionists seemed alright and I was offered a refund for the gender blood test that's the only 2 positives.

I have had 5 scans here and every single time we have loved it. They are so friendly and accommodating, really lovely staff and atmosphere. Highly recommend 😊

We were really pleased with Heybaby, we arrived early and were seen straightaway. Everything was thoroughly explained, staff were very welcoming. Would definitely recommend. We loved the light up room feature for gender

2nd time having a scan here, this time in 4D and even though our little one was being difficult the sonographer tried her best and even said if we weren't happy we could try again another day. The staff here have been so polite and friendly each time and this time we decided to get a heartbeat bear too ❤ thank you!

Gorgeous experience this morning, the sonographer who did my scan was lovely and gave me all the information without me having to ask. All in all amazing experience I will be back for another scan

Just returned from our early reassurance scan and oh my, what a fantastic place! Lovely, lovely people. Emma the sonographer could not have been more welcoming or friendlier. She shared our excitement and was reassuring and completely thorough. I left feeling totally taken care of and extremely excited to meet our baby. The set up is fantastic with screens around the room for all family members to see and the scans are so detailed and clear. I hands down recommend Hey Baby and won’t hesitate to go again.

All the team at hey baby Barnsley went above and beyond today . I booked a 4D scan for my son and his partner after they received the devastating news that their baby boy cannot survive outside of the womb..all we can do is make memories …the hey baby team weren’t aware of the situation until we arrived for the appointment . They treated us all with the utmost dignity and professionalism . They included my 5 year old granddaughter all the time and gave her a big sister sticker to which she is proudly showing to anyone who will look… They gifted us extras and went out of their way to make memories for us all. I will be forever grateful for what they did for my family today .. Thank you so much

Fantastic experience, straight in, the receptionist was lovely and the woman doing the ultrasound was very patient and informative. Made us feel very at ease and it was a great scan! The facilities were immaculate too, clearly take a lot of pride in the business!

The sonographer at hey baby tunbridge wells is unmatched! He is the most lovely and welcoming person. Will always go the extra mile and will talk you through everything as he goes. The most reassuring. I wouldn’t ever go anywhere else for a private scan

Amazing, amazing place. Compared to other scans I've had, and other private places I've been to for them, these guys are the best. They tried so hard to get a decent photo of my very wriggly baby who was in an awkward position and, with me having an anterior placenta, it just threw another spanner in the mix. Most places would have tried for 20 minutes and then provided you with their best shots without really caring what they looked like. These guys sent me on a walk around three times to try and get baby in a better position. We'd already got some face pictures, but they knew they could do better and so I'm booked in for a rescan. All scan photos were sent immediately to my email afterwards, and we even got a free little gift bag. Great Value. Great service. And really lovely staff. Would definitely not go anywhere else now for my scans.
