The great service i ve been offered. Both, the receptionist and the sonographer lady , they are excellent and they treat their customers with so much care and very gentle on speaking, passing the information and taking the time for the scan to take place and same time looking after the parents

We had a 4D scan of our baby girl who was being awkward and didn't want her picture taken. The staff were great and encouraging at trying to get a good picture for us, the baby didn't want to move so we revisited for a free extra session which is great service! Our baby still didn't want her picture taken, but the staff were super sweet and apologetic (even though it was our baby's fault!) and gave us a little heartbeat soft toy as a consolation. We really appreciated this gesture as they didn't have to do anything and we're so grateful for this memory of our scan. Would highly recommend Hey Baby for any scans you want of your little one!

Even though we had an awkward baby the lady was really reassuring and did everything she could to help get a clearer image. Made us feel really at ease and a great experience.

Such a lovely, special experience at the Tunbridge Wells Clinic, the receptionist was lovely, the sonographer was so knowledgeable and incredibly professional and went into so much detail in our Gender & Wellbeing scan. The scanning rooms are really nice, clean and modern. If you are unsure of booking just do it! I am astounded at the value - it was so interesting and the gender reveal was just lovely, the whole room lights up blue or pink! There are plenty of seats to bring a couple of people if you like - was just such a special experience for the whole family it was amazing.

Went for an early reassurance scan at the Barnsley clinic. I was very anxious following previous experience elsewhere last year. On attending, the reception staff were so welcoming and understanding about my nerves and really lovely. The Sonographer was amazing took time to explain everything, gave reassurance and really gave you her time. An overall amazing experience, all the staff were fantastic and made you feel special and supported, and like you were their only clients. Definitely definitely recommend!

The staff were incredibly professional, helpful, knowledgable, patient and above all kind. He talked us through each test, and the comparison with any NHS equivalents. Even going as far as to advise when we didn’t need a test. We are incredibly grateful for the service we received.
