I purchased a Joules suitcase and had to return it when bits started to fall off. Not only did I have to pay for postage to return it, it took nearly two weeks for them to get back to me - and this was only when I sent emails to remind them. The product was cheap and nasty and their after sales customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I would not recommend buying from them. I found the whole experience extremely stressful. Eventually, after copious emails, I was offered a credit note! I had to ask Klarna to step in. I was refunded after they did.

Easy to order, swift delivery and great product….what’s not to like!

The product received is not as advertised. The phone number to call for customer service refers you to live/web chat which I could not find. Return process is not straightforward. I have been asked for more information- but the backpack was nice the difference in L and XL is outside pockets for water bottles. Not actual bigger capacity, my fault for not checking enough. But contact was difficult to start will. I have returned the item but I have not yet received the refund.

I’m happy with the service from the Backpacker. I ordered the Bellroy via, a smaller, compact commuter backpack which I chose after hearing good reviews on Pack Hacker. I paid the extra for Royal Mail 24 tracked as I needed it before Thursday. I ordered it Monday afternoon and it arrived Wednesday morning.

Ordered two Eastpak suitcases which arrived very quickly and certaintly within two working days. Very happy with the delivery, the quality and the competitive pricing. If they last like my larger soft sided Samsonite cases (20+ years) I will be very happy. Time tells with luggage but they seem very sturdy and well made.
