The hotel was lovely the show was amazing going for hotel and theatre direct was easy to book

Great customer service. On the way to the hotel I realised I'd lost the details. Luckily I had the phone number so gave them a call. The phone was answered by a very helpful human! He resent the details and was just really helpful.

Booked 2 nights in London through Hotel Direct. We stayed at millennium and copthorne at Stamford bridge. I actually spoke to an advisor at Hotel Direct and he was absolutely brilliant. Very helpful and all of our train tickets and hotel booking came through immediately Wouldn’t use any other company Much cheaper than booking separate train and hotel,

Hotels Direct - just superb! I booked a weekend away, by train, to Edinburgh through Hotels Direct and am really pleased to write such a positive review. They were faultless. I booked the break on the Tuesday and my confirmation booking and train tickets arrived by post on the Thursday morning. I was advised to ring them to get my preferred seats on the train nearer our departure date, and they organised that too. One of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had, because I could just ring up and speak to them straight away with questions and queries. Good old fashioned customer service. Spot on, thank you! 😊 Will 100% be booking my next break through Hotels Direct.

Great choice and value for money

Very easy to book using this site and all the information needed, except the checkout time on this site was incorrect as it stated 12 pm checkout but the Hotels checkout is actually 11 am

Have used this company a few times for our yearly trip to London, very good knowledgeable staff who look after your booking, keep you up to date with booking, and do the train tickets and the hotel together, will not use anyone else now, a very good company who take all the stress out of booking your hotel and train seats and times, well done!

I decided to phone hotel direct to speak with someone and gauge them as a company. I haven't booked a trip like this before. Lynn was so lovely, and she basically talked me through every step of our booking. We could not have asked for a better experience. Apart from our worry about the train strikes. Although Chris reassured us that they would do everything they possibly could and not to worry. Our weekend was fabulous. Thank you to the amazing team at hotel direct. I will recommend you to everybody.

Very easy to book online and all paperwork easy to download and print off. Being able to book train in with the hotel was an added bonus. Would highly recommend.
