Called twice before going as I was not sure about a couple of things and you have very friendly staff who sorted them out for me and confirmed things were as I wanted. Trains on time, hotel reception expecting us, Concert tickets, just showed printed QR code, straight through (seats excellent by the way, right in the middle, would have picked the same seats myself if I'd been doing it) Would definitely recommend you

From the very beginning, the service was exceptionally well-organized, and I felt completely taken care of at all times. The process of booking a hotel and theatre tickets together was incredibly straightforward and hassle-free – even for someone like me, visiting London for the first time. Since I don’t know the city, I wouldn’t have had any idea where to book. However, thanks to the clear and user-friendly booking platform, everything was made incredibly easy. It was particularly important to me that the hotel and theatre were close to each other so that I wouldn’t need to worry about arranging transport late in the evening. We had some hassle at hotel as they advised we needed to contact Hotel Direct about mixup and Hotel Direct advised to speak to Hotel 😡😡

United Kingdom | 08 January 2025This company are dreadful don't have any intention of helping the customer they are just after your money. Make sure u read there term and conditions. As it sais they keep 100percent of your money if u can't go . Who I spoke to on the phone was very cheeky and didnt care that I had lost my money and more or less said it was my own fault . I will never book with this company again and wouldn't recomend anyone els to ithere. there are far better company's that actually care about the people rather than the money. I've just recovered from terminal illness so booked a break for myself and husband but unfortunately clicked on the wrong date. By accident and instead of trying to help I would have even excepted some of my mny back but to keep it all is disgusting. This company in my opinion and experience the worst I have ever delt with.
