Booking was easy and straightforward and was a well planned break away.

I booked a few days in London for my wife and her sister. They arrived at the hotel who informed her that they had not received confirmation from hotel direct. I call the help desk number only to be told the phone lines are closed and would be open the next day. My wife has had to pay again for a room! I would not recommend to use this company

This hotel is meant to be a 4 star however the actual bedrooms are more like a 2 star hotel. There was no kettle or complementary tea/coffee also the shampoo conditioners were tiny. When I read the reviews I had the understanding the food would be amazing unfortunatley this wasn't the case it was very bland and tasteless, but presented well. The breakfast was half decent. The lady on the reception on the first day we arrived was't too friendly either. The transfer took nearly 2 hours to get us there so we ordered a taxi for on the way back to airport and receptionist gave the taxi driver the wrong airport. He took us to Barcelona airport instead of Girona Barcelona. This could have caused us to miss our flight as the time it took for a round trip. The entertainment in the evening was good. I would go for a five star hotel in the Callela area next time if we visit there again.

Everything was organised and confirmed to us. Our trip was amazing. I would use this service again.

I do not recommend buying a package that includes travel. If you need to claim compensation for delays, Hotel Direct will not tell you the price of the ticket and you need this information in order to make a claim against the travel provider. Three stars have been given for the hotel and theatre tickets.

This was the first time booking a theatre break in London, having never used a company to look after the deal made me a little nervous. However the process as easy and the tickets and confirmation were delivered to my inbox the same day, once payment had been made. Two days prior to my trip I received and email confirming that they had checked my booking and everything was in place and was confirmed with the Hotel and the theatre. The pricing was good, so no complaints there, I would use them again when I look for another break in London.

This is the second time have used Hotel Direct and cannot fault the service. Wide range of shows and hotels. So easy to book and also advised week before to reserve train seats (which was needed on the return trip as very busy). Good prices and will definitely use again

Booked a theatre break in London with hotel direct, they were very professional and send directions via email close to your date. Highly recommend, but only downside is, if for any reason you need to cancel this is non refundable. But I went on my theatre break and everything was great 👍👍

From start to finish everything about Hotel direct was excellent. The gentleman I booked it with was extremely helpful advising me on different hotels depending on my plans . I was contacted a few days before to inform me of the train strike action . I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to friends and family .

Booked to see We Will Rock You and stay at Thistle Holborn. Seats were great, the hotel was excellent, staff were helpful, breakfast was lovely and the room was comfortable, clean and spacious
