Grand central first class for only £4 more well worth it ..free tea n coffee n snacks at least 4 times during 3 hour train journey ..stayed at hotel president on guildford st only a 10 minute walk from most theatres in the west end .or a 3 minute walk to nearest tube station russell sq ..full english breakfast was amazing and plentiful ..room very clean n tidy and instant hot water ..

Friendly and accommodating from the moment we stepped into the hotel. Room was spacious. Beds were so comfortable and the shower was fabulous.

We have used hotel direct many times over the years and have always been more than happy with the service. This package with Frank skinner at the Garrick and the President Hotel was just as good. The show was brilliant and the hotel was lovely. Service, food and room excellent. This is our first visit back in a number of years as I feel the package deals were becoming to expensive. Regards

Top quality service very competitive prices cannot praise enough

The booking process was easy, the package simple to put together and the service was great. We had to extend our stay and wanted specified train seats for our return journey. I booked the extra B&B with the hotel directly but everything else was handled perfectly by our contact at HotelDirect, including a further change to the return journey.

do not book with this company. was charged £130 MORE than it would have cost to book direct . problems getting home could not be dealt that day as they don't work weekends , not that it mattered as they are not interested anyway would never use again take no notice of their claims to save you money - they cost you money
