The team is extremely knowledgeable, communicated with our shipping forwarder and agents. They were happy to help with insurance and have outstanding customer service. I've used Boomerang Carnets a couple of times. Communication has always been prompt, they're happy to walk you though the process of using a carnet if you haven't used one before or have questions.

I've always been able to get someone on the phone right away. There is no automated system I have to go through first. This is HUGE. Also, they are always super helpful and personable. I don't have any other Carnet company to judge them against but I, like everyone else, have had to deal with countless customer service departments at other companies and this is by far one the best.
