It was my first experience obtaining a carnet. Personnel at boomerang carnets were professional, timely, helpful, and provided good direction for a first-timer.

I have mixed feelings. The staff was incredibly helpful going above and beyond to help me, even staying up in the middle of the night to help me get my carnet. However, FedEx completely dropped the ball on shipping and I ended up having to sit in a parking lot for 5 hours while they looked for it at the hub since it was late and lost. I would recommend them, but I’d also recommend getting a carnet a few days earlier than the 24 hour window just in case. Also, I’d show up at the airport 4 hours before your flight as getting the Carnet checked can take a very long time. Probably the most stressful 24 hours of my life.

Marge Wash walked me through some of the missing information needed to file a carnet. This is my first time and wanted to make sure I have it completed correctly the first time to avoid delays. Excellent service.
