Walked us through the whole process of making sure what to do from cradle to grave. Prior to traveling, got on zoom call with all those traveling to review paperwork and process of getting items through customs (foreign and domestic) and what to do with paperwork afterwards. Took a really complicated process, and turned it into something simple.
