With thus being a scale bypass and a tolling device I find it hard to keep track of what scales I've been through if the billing statement dose not specify what state or road I can't dispute any charges

It is not working in Idaho state. They said fill paper than work but it is not working. I am waiting one and half months. They are making money but not care is it working or not

Could never sign into the app. And because of it I had a lot of charges that weren’t mine and by the time I found out it was too late and I couldn’t get my money back.

The representative was extremely pleasant. I wish I could remember his name. This was my first time calling in. He even made me laugh.

Prepass sucks, it's a waste if money , there customer service is horrible they will charge your account for a completely different carriers tolls then not try and correct it , They will also drag their feet to refund your money and lie to there customers just to hang up the phone this is the norm with prepass, I recently also shut my account down with them over this after being a good customer for years with them and they didn't refund my 275.00 deposits on devices that were returned and verified were recieved, Also managers do not respond and call back with in the 48 hr time frame we were told 3xs now. Service has gotten worse stay away at all cost.
