United States | 05 January 2023He tenido dos malisimos momentos llamando a PrePass para que me regresen el dinero que es mio, ademas de un pago de mensualidad que cancele el serviciohace mucho y ne siguieron cobrand, la primeraque me iba a dar el crédito por cobrarme cuando ya no tienen que cobrarme pues finalmente como si fuese mi madre pues mira sino entiendes es tu problema ya yo dije como es, me colgóy no dio el crédito, ok, les regalolos 25 dolares, pero luego la siguiente pues dice no el créditono se puede dar. Esto se cobró porque si y listo jejejjee waooooooo. Te tratan mal. No entiendes y preguntas y solo te dicen son las reglas, sino te parece te cuelgo. Así. Literal, hable con la primera persona, no recuerdo el nombre y me colgó el teléfono simplemente porque no entiendo que me digan ahora voy hacer esto tienes que llamar de nuevo mañana para hacer algo más. Porque tengo que volver a llamar si ya estoy llamando hoy, como si tuviéramos el tiempo del mundo en este país, además me amenaza con colgar y cuelga luego otra persona llamada madison. No me quiso dar su apellido ni número que lq identifique, la llamada la hice hoy 4 de enero a las 2:53 de la tarde fue la segunda llamada. Como cliente tengo mis derechos, y parece un servicio comunista, dictatorial, así es y listo. Sino te gusta te cuelgo el teléfono waoooooooooo experiencia muy mala. Más nunca en mi vida uso PrePass.

United States | 03 January 2023I canceled my account two months a go and they still charging me $176/month claiming that my return for the transponder didn't arrived 😤 yes it our mistake on my truck drive side but not fair not to cancel my account even if I called them to cancel my account several time they said the only way to cancel is to claim that the transponder is lost and pay another $100 service charge which I did but really sad that I can't do nothing about it and waching getting reaped off, please think before getting the service

I would like the phone app to have a better notification or an option to review notifications on the phone app. But overall we really like the transponder, app and experience with PrePass. It's been great and would recommend PrePass to everyone.
