It's convenient most of the time with regards to weight stations, and the fact that tolls are included in most states...that's really a plus!!

Prepass is good when states has the device to send signal. When a state don't have the device to send signal in cab, you have to remember to turn in weigh station. You kind of get spoiled with prepass.

The website is absolutely unsophisticated and complicated. I'm always going in circles just to find basic information to understand my bill. They send a copy of the invoice by email but it would be nice to see what you're saving using their service because I'm still shelling out a lot on tolls. I asked a rep to explain the website and billing and still, it makes no sense. I wish the website was updated to today's standards and billing was easier no make sense of

You raised my credit limit on my credit card which I don't think is fair to me you're getting the money you need each week without having to evaluate.
