This is my first use of PrePass as an owner operator (OO). For the two years before becoming an OO, I couldn't use PrePass and I had to pull into every weigh station that was open even though I got bypassed most of the time. PrePass is great. It saves me measurable clock time, reduces the wear and tear from making one more stop per trip, and it minimizes the random inspections...another savings in time.

Prepass is great

Company is a sham they bring out hidden fees canceled my account early was not behind on any payments but somehow I get a bill for $45 then they say it's because of late fees on an account that's canceled then a month later somehow the bill goes up again on a canceled account told them to screw off they can attempt to put it on my credit and I will sue you

Had one little glitch in the beginning but after we figured out what the problem was its been smooth sailing for about a year now , well worth the money

It works fine but I paid for the Norpass part that covers Washington, Idaho, and Oregon. It doesn't work at all, or I get a red light always get pulled in and have to stop. Even when I'm empty. Besides that awful flaw I love it.
