Do not sign up for this . Deposits are taken every week if you run and even when you don’t run they take money from you . Long story short my truck broke down I had to tow it from shop to my house which I was charged twice for tows , tow truck and my truck I disposed the charge now 6 months later they did not credit it . I called to cancel to get my $800 deposit back they told me they aren’t refunding my money until I pay them $31 and a $24.99 monthly fee for device …… that makes no sense just take the money out of my deposit and send me back my money… or I’ll just call the bank and dispute every charge they ever charged me . I’m so upset with this company it makes no sense to try and get over on a hard working class citizen . Customer service is pathetic and good luck trying to get someone on the phone !!!

I called in 2 times to register new account with rented 26 foot truck. 2 ladies didn't like my questioning and just hung up the phone. This is ridiculous. I was given VIN number missing 1 digit by the rental company, instead of helping me she just hung up the phone. So. I am wondering if beginning is like this how would the rest of the relationship be like. You seriously need to check who these ladies were and reprimand them. Very bad customer service. It does effect your ratings.

Customer service sucks Been calling to speak to a supervisor for over a months always was told supervisors is busy and they will give you a call back trust me they will never call back I called in originally because I got invoices from them every two months so I was paying $45 every two months for about 8 months I decided to call in one month to pay my bill that was due for $45 and come to find out I was getting charged a late fee every month so I started calling in to customer service to speak to supervisor to get to the bottom of why my invoices come every two months and why I have been paying late fees to no avail so cancel prepass yesterday. PRE PASS HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVERY HAD TO DEAL WITH IN MY LIFE

This prepass and ezpass sucks. Every week they charge me $450 even though I don’t use above $200. They rob you guys! Think twice before using it

Canceled pre pass 2 months prior they continuously charge late fees and try to State they can charge you late fees forever even though your account is canceled call them as for a supervisor twice they sit back and laugh and say the supervisor is busy and will put in a 24 to 48 hours which never happens they put on the account the supervisor tried to call and they couldn't leave a message which is crap in the 21st century when everyone has a cell phone that has voicemail told them I'll send them a screenshot with my call logs because it shows prepass all outgoing calls which is me calling them then they tried to email me their policies and procedures which states they can only charge me one month per late fee meaning $20 Max but they try to say they can charge me each month and additional $10 forever pretty much meaning that if you left a bill for $10 for 10 years they would charge you $10,000 over a $10 bill which is not legal nor ethical looked on better Business bureau they have an f rating with customers complaining these exact same matters they're charging people's accounts after they've closed their accounts one person had to have their account number changed because prepass kept charging their account that was closed looking into a legal recourse spoke with the lawyer who stated as well that is not legal unless they have a interest policy I sent him a copy of the form they sent me which he stayed at the same thing they can only charge you a Max of $20 called for a week trying to get a supervisor each time I call they say the supervisor is busy supervisors are all busy will put in a call back for you

Everyone there at prepass can easily see siting in an office setting all-day that I haven't used the prespass for more than 4mo.due to driving truck across usa.why the hell didn't I get a Notice to save me $ since I'm such a loyal customer instead you keep charging me nonstop every month $20 for not using the device.which is really chickenshit if you ask me why not charge at all since I'm not using it?? Then when I do charge me small fee .every company nowadays is so money hungry it's rediculous.when we the working class citizen is what supports this company yearly.no respect these days an times for anything.in (God We Trust)who Really believes in our nations rights an respects each other? Cause corporation don't respect anybody considering these charges.id like a refund on the months I'm not using the device also.

There are a lot of scales where I get no light at all or I'll be running with my buddy from the same company and he will get a green light and I won't get any lights at this point I don't even know why I pay for this thing when 8 out of 10 times it doesn't work

Prepass is so helpful in may ways not having to stop at the scale , have my payment come out automatically my invoice is always ready for printing. I love that they only hold onto a small amount to be paying my tolls and to AUTO refill to keep paying its all hassle free I worry about nothing and customer service I have used before they are so helpful and nice definitely love the app features as well honestly I can say prepass is a great company to have I really do recommend them -Owner Operator

Been having problems with the tolls in Texas they keep sending me the bill and when I pass it on to prepass it takes to long to pay. A 9 dollar bill ended up costing me 45 extra dollars. (Not good)
