I'm very happy with the prepass my rout takes me through the scales 6 to 8 times a day so it saves me a lot of time

I enjoy an appericate the functions of pre-pass an the support give my company saves time an money

The only time we seem to get a pass is if the scales are closed. what good is it to pay for this service and not get the green light?

That communicate I ask many times if they have a schedule to see what's the prepass cover which Estates never got Ward back or email respond back

He works when he wants and not in all the scales I am not as satisfied as he does not work I have to be entering the scale

Great service. What I really like is that you receive a call and an advance email prior to every charges.

While I was still using the peer pad plus still got so many bills your services is not good I will soon terminate it. It’s ware of time money and more. Whenever you try to call to speak to someone a chines lady answer your call that you understand nothing coming out of her mouth I am not trying offend but customer satisfaction is not taken into account. Pre pass sucks

It's a PrePass, it works as it should. Some scales turning the whole system off to pull everyone in, only then you would fill ripped off.

It rarely has me to bypass weigh stations, I have to slow down and I'm literally waiting to get an alert of the weigh station to stop or go inside and in some cases I'm already turning into the station.

Great customer service.. email response time good too. Love when we get a green light!!!

Toll Management option I add this option in order to pay any tolls during each dispatch, so far it as been a dismal failure. I keep receiving toll bills from each state my trucks travel through. Only response is to pay the bill and submit it for reimbursement.
