Prepass billing is not very clear or transparent as to how they arrive at their balance. Itemizing a statement still doesn't reflect the total that I'm being charged.

I give it 4 stars… it could be 5 stars. I don’t know if what be going on when my device doesn’t give me any signal approaching the scale, therefore I have to enter the scale, where other trucks don’t have to enter. Then other times I’ll get a red or green light. That bothers me. Other than that, I really like it when I get the GREEN LIGHT!❤️
